As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I am seeking guidance to develop a regular practice. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet and would like to start within a month. I am comfortable with classes at my home, or I am also willing to travel to a nearby location for sessions. My main objective is to focus on health and immunity through consistent practice.
