I am currently looking for a dedicated and patient yoga instructor to help me with my fitness journey. As a male student aged above 50 years, I am searching for a personal tutor who can visit my home in Chawri Bazar, Delhi, or someone to whose location I am willing to travel for sessions. My primary goals for these classes are to find a remedy for body pains, improve my overall flexibility, and maintain better general fitness. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, so I would appreciate a professional who can guide me through a suitable routine for my age group.
