Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my daughter is my top priority right now. She is between the ages of 5 and 13 years old and requires guidance to manage daily stress and find relief from body pains through yoga. I am seeking a dedicated instructor to provide these sessions at My Home in Sector 19, Dwarka, Delhi. While we are currently Not Sure about a specific yoga style, the focus will be on age-appropriate techniques for her well-being. We are ready to begin these classes Immediately and would appreciate a tutor who is patient and skilled with children.
