I am currently seeking a professional yoga instructor to guide me through sessions tailored for the 14 to 21 years old age group. Since I am based in Pahar Ganj Delhi, I am comfortable with either home tuition at my residence or traveling to a nearby studio if the location is convenient. I have not yet decided on a specific yoga style and am open to expert recommendations that focus on overall health and well-being.
