Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is my priority for my young daughter aged between 5 and 13 years. She is eager to start Yoga Meditation sessions immediately to improve her general fitness and develop better flexibility. We reside in Punjabi Bagh Delhi and are looking for a dedicated instructor who can conduct sessions at our home. I am also open to traveling if that is more convenient for the trainer. Providing a supportive and engaging environment for a young learner is very important to us.
