Developing a strong foundation in physical health and flexibility for my 2 to 5 years old child is my top priority. I am searching for a patient and experienced instructor to guide us through Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Bikram Yoga sessions. These classes are intended to act as a remedy for body pains and support overall wellness for my toddler. I am based in Mahavir Enclave, Mahavir Enclave Part 1, Delhi, and am happy to host sessions at my home or travel to a nearby studio.
