To build confidence and physical wellness for my child, I am seeking a dedicated yoga instructor for my son who is between 5 and 13 years old. Our goal for these sessions is to help him with weight loss, improve his flexibility, and enhance his overall general fitness levels. Since he is a beginner, we are open to exploring various styles and appreciate a teacher who can guide us in the right direction. We reside in Dwarka Delhi and prefer that the training takes place at our home for convenience. We are looking to start these sessions immediately to maintain a consistent routine.
