Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is my primary goal for my son, who falls in the 5 to 13 years age group. We are located in Rohini Sector 24 Delhi and are currently exploring options for a dedicated yoga instructor to conduct sessions at our home. I am also open to traveling to a nearby location if required. The core objectives for these classes include improving his immunity, achieving healthy weight loss, and enhancing overall flexibility. Since we are in the initial research phase, we would appreciate guidance on the best yoga styles suitable for his age and development.
