Developing a strong foundation in physical health and wellness is my primary goal at this stage in life. Being a woman above 50 years of age, I am looking for a patient instructor to guide me through sessions at my home in Hauz Khas, Delhi. My main objectives for starting these classes immediately are achieving better flexibility, finding a natural remedy for persistent body pains, and improving my overall general fitness. I am currently open to exploring various styles as I am not yet sure which practice suits me best.
