I am searching for a professional instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Kotla Mubarakpur, Delhi, though I am also open to traveling for the right guidance. As a female student within the 22 to 50 years old age group, my main goals include increased energy, stress relief, general fitness, improved immunity, and better flexibility. Since I am not yet sure about a specific yoga style, I am looking for a trainer who can assess my needs and help me progress. I plan to start these classes within a month.
