To enhance my overall health and maintain general fitness, I am exploring options for private yoga training. Being a female student above 50 years, I find it most comfortable to practice at my home in Dwarka, Delhi. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I want to find a patient instructor who can guide me through exercises suitable for my age group. My plan to start these sessions is flexible as I am currently comparing different trainers and training approaches.
