Developing a strong foundation in physical health and overall well-being has become my main priority as I explore new fitness routines. I am a female student between 22 and 50 years old searching for a professional yoga instructor to guide me through sessions focused on general fitness. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions that will best suit my personal health goals. I live in Laxmi Nagar Block D and am comfortable either having the instructor visit my home or traveling to a nearby location for sessions.
