Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to incorporate regular yoga sessions into my routine in Sector 22, Dwarka, Delhi. I am a female in the 22-50 age group, and I'm open to exploring different Yoga Styles, although I'm currently not sure which one suits me best. I'm flexible with the location; I can do yoga at my home, and I am willing to travel if needed, or take online classes.
