I am currently looking for an experienced instructor to conduct Yoga Meditation sessions for general fitness goals. As I am a male student falling in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am specifically interested in professional guidance to improve my overall health and well-being. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and prefer to take these as online classes. Although I am based in Jamia Nagar, Delhi, I am comfortable with remote instruction as long as it is structured and tailored to my needs.
