I am actively looking for an experienced and motivating yoga instructor to help me achieve my general fitness goals. As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking to start my wellness journey immediately. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet and would appreciate a professional who can guide me through different techniques based on my needs. I am flexible regarding the venue, as I am happy to have the trainer come to my home in Shahdara Delhi or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio for our sessions.
