I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor to conduct private sessions at my home in Dwarka Sector 8 Delhi. My main objective is to achieve better flexibility and find a remedy for body pains while focusing on weight loss. Since I fall in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and identify as a male student I am open to guidance on the most suitable yoga style as I am not sure which one would be best for my needs.
