My primary focus is to find a remedy for body pains and work on weight loss. Since I fall into the age group of 22 to 50 years old and identify as a male student, I need a customized approach that caters to my specific physical needs. Although I am currently not sure about the preferred yoga style, I am open to suggestions from a qualified instructor. I am located in Derawal Nagar, Delhi, and I am willing to travel to my home or a nearby location for sessions. I have no fixed date to start yoga classes as I am exploring my options right now.
