As a female student in the 14 to 21 years old age group, I am eager to start my wellness journey immediately and am seeking someone who can guide me effectively. Since I am not yet sure about a specific yoga style, I am looking for a trainer who can help me explore different techniques to improve my overall health. I prefer sessions at my home in Sector 11, Dwarka, Delhi, though I am also willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary.
