I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor to help me improve my general fitness levels. As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I am interested in exploring yoga for my overall well-being. Since I am not yet sure about a specific yoga style, I would appreciate a tutor who can guide me through different techniques to see what works best for my body. I am based in West Sagarpur, Delhi, and I am flexible enough to either have the instructor come to my home or travel to a nearby studio for classes. Although I am currently just looking at my options and have not set a firm start date, I am keen to connect with potential teachers to discuss their approach.
