I am looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable yoga instructor to provide professional training at my home in Dwarka Delhi. As I am in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a practitioner who can help me achieve my health goals which include general fitness, weight loss, and better flexibility. I also hope to gain relief from body pains, increase my daily energy levels, and deepen my understanding of yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies. Although I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style, I am open to your professional guidance and customized routines.
