I am looking for an experienced yoga instructor to help me with my personal wellness journey. As a female student who is above 50 years old, I am specifically searching for someone who can guide me through sessions focused on general fitness, improving my body flexibility, and providing a remedy for body pains. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate professional advice on what would best suit my needs. These sessions will be conducted in Paschim Vihar, Delhi. I am highly motivated and plan to start yoga classes immediately.
