As a female student above 50 years, my primary goal is to focus on improving my immunity, achieving better flexibility, and maintaining overall general fitness. I am interested in learning a combination of Bikram Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga to help me reach these health goals.
