I am looking for a professional and dedicated yoga instructor to help me achieve my weight loss goals through consistent practice. Since I am currently in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I need a trainer who can design a customized routine that fits my specific needs. I am not sure about the preferred yoga style yet, so I am hoping to find someone who can guide me on the best approach for my body. I am located in Vasant Kunj, Delhi and I am willing to travel to your studio or have you visit my home. I am ready to start my yoga classes immediately and would appreciate working with an instructor who has a solid background in fitness.
