As a female student above 50 years, I am searching for a trainer who can guide me through a personalized fitness routine. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I am eager to learn and incorporate yoga into my daily life. I am located in South Extension I, Delhi, and I am flexible either to have sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio or nearby location.
