I am looking for a dedicated and skilled yoga teacher to conduct personalized yoga classes at my home in Sector 10, Dwarka, Delhi. As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I am eager to start these sessions immediately to focus on several health goals. My purpose for joining includes finding a remedy for body pains, improving general fitness, increasing energy levels, achieving weight loss, boosting my immunity, and finding effective stress relief. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to guidance from an expert trainer.
