As a male student above 50 years of age, I am looking for a professional who can tailor sessions to my specific health needs and goals. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate guidance in selecting the best approach for my age group. I am based in Ashok Vihar, Delhi, and for the sessions, I am willing to travel to your studio or have you visit my home.
