I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to conduct private sessions at my home in Ashok Vihar, Delhi. As a male student aged above 50 years, I am specifically interested in learning Yoga Meditation to focus on stress relief, improving my immunity, and increasing my daily energy levels. My goal is to achieve better general fitness while finding a natural remedy for body pains and support for weight loss. I am hoping to start these yoga classes immediately and would prefer a teacher who is comfortable working with older students.
