I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga teacher to provide training for my son, who falls in the 5 to 13 years-old age group. My goal is to find a professional who can help with general fitness, weight loss, and increased energy levels while also focusing on stress relief and improving immunity. I am also looking for someone who can offer remedies for body pains and work on better flexibility for him. Since I am based in Gautam Nagar, Delhi, I am open to either having the instructor visit my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio for the sessions.
