I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home in I.P. Extension, Delhi. As someone above 50 years old, I am focused on improving my general fitness, increasing my energy levels, and achieving better stress relief through a regular practice. I am looking for a trainer who can guide me through various styles, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Yoga Meditation, while ensuring the techniques are suitable for my age group. I plan to start these yoga classes immediately and would value someone who can provide a personalized approach to help me incorporate Kriya, Kundalini, Raja, Patanjali, or even Aerial Yoga into my routine safely.
