I am currently looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to help me with my health and wellness journey. As someone who falls in the age group of above 50 years, I am specifically looking for guidance tailored to my needs. My primary purpose for these yoga classes is to achieve general fitness and find effective stress relief techniques. While I am not sure about the specific yoga style that would suit me best, I am open to your professional recommendations. I am based in Mayur Vihar Phase III, Delhi and I am comfortable with either having the session at my home or being willing to travel to a nearby studio.
