As a female student above 50 years of age, I need someone who can guide me through a safe and effective practice. Although I am not sure which specific yoga style will suit me best, I am eager to learn and improve my overall health. I am located in Rohini, Delhi, and I am willing to travel to your place or have you come to my home for sessions.
