I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to help me with general fitness training through Ashtanga Yoga. I am currently between 14 and 21 years old and am eager to begin my practice immediately. My preferred location for these sessions is my home in Masjid Moth, Delhi, though I am also willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. I am looking for someone who can guide me through the fundamentals of Ashtanga to improve my overall health and physical conditioning.
