Developing a strong foundation in Patanjali Yoga and understanding its philosophy has become a priority for my personal wellness journey. Residing in Sarita Vihar, Delhi, I am interested in exploring sessions that cover both General Fitness and the study of Yoga Sutras. Since I am in the 22 to 50 age group, I am looking for a qualified instructor who can provide guidance at my home or is nearby if I am willing to travel. I am currently evaluating my options and would appreciate connecting with an experienced teacher to discuss how we might structure these lessons.
