As a female student above 50 years of age, I need a trainer who can design a customized routine that considers my specific physical needs and mobility. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and am open to expert guidance to find what works best for me. I live in Jamia Nagar, Delhi, and I am willing to travel to my home for the sessions, though I am also open to discussing the most convenient arrangement.
