Being a male student aged above 50 years, I am currently seeking a professional instructor to provide Iyengar Yoga training at my home in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. My primary focus is to find a remedy for chronic body pains while improving my general fitness levels. I am fully prepared to begin these sessions immediately and am also willing to travel if required for the right guidance. Maintaining a consistent practice is my priority to ensure better health and flexibility at this stage of my life.
