I am looking for an Iyengar Yoga teacher for home tuition in Anand Vihar, Delhi, to help me with general fitness. I am a male student over 50 years of age and am hoping to begin my sessions immediately. Since I am specifically interested in the Iyengar style of yoga, I would prefer a tutor who has experience teaching this method to mature students. The classes will take place at my home, and I am keen to find someone who can guide me through the postures effectively to improve my overall physical health.
