Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline is my priority for my son who is between 5 and 13 years old. I am searching for a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga instructor to conduct sessions focused on general fitness for him. Since he is a young learner, the trainer should be patient and engaging. I am open to either home tuition at my residence in Punjabi Bagh East, Delhi, or traveling to a nearby location for the classes. We plan to start these lessons within a month and would appreciate a professional who has experience working with children in this age group.
