Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a Yoga instructor in Vellakinar, Coimbatore. I'm a female in the 22-50 age group, and I'm ready to start immediately. My goals include stress relief, general fitness, body pain remedy, weight loss, improved immunity, better flexibility, Yoga Philosophy studies, and increased energy.
