I'm a male student above 50 years old and need a yoga instructor around Avinashi Road, Coimbatore who can conduct classes at my home, though I am open to online classes or willing to travel. My goals are general fitness, improved immunity, stress relief, better flexibility, a remedy for body pains, and weight loss, leading to increased energy. I prefer Power Yoga and Yoga Meditation.
