Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline is essential for my children aged 6 and 7 years old. I am seeking a professional Yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home located in Madhavaram Chennai. Since I am willing to travel to reach a suitable trainer, please let me know your availability for in-person instruction. The primary purpose of these classes is General Fitness for this age group of 5 to 13 years-old. While I am not sure about a specific Yoga style, I am looking for someone experienced in working with young children to start immediately.
