Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my daughter is a priority. She is in the 5 to 13 years age group and requires a dedicated instructor to guide her at our home in Royapettah Chennai. Although we are not sure about a specific yoga style yet, our primary focus is improving her flexibility and introducing her to the basics of yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies. We are eager to start these classes immediately to keep her active and engaged.
