I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to conduct sessions for a young student in the 5 to 13 years old age group. The primary goal of these classes is to provide stress relief and improve general fitness for a female student. I am flexible regarding the preferred yoga style as I am hoping to get guidance from a professional on what works best for this age range. For the location, I am based in Aminjikarai, Chennai. I am comfortable with sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if required. As I am hoping to begin training immediately, I would appreciate hearing from available tutors who can help start this journey right away.
