I am looking for an experienced and dedicated yoga instructor to help me achieve my general fitness goals. Since I am not yet sure about the specific yoga style I want to pursue, I am hoping to find a trainer who can guide me through a routine that fits my needs. I am a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group and I am looking for sessions at my home located in MRC Nagar, Chennai. It is important that the sessions are conducted in person as I prefer one on one guidance.
