I am looking for an experienced yoga instructor to help me improve my general fitness through regular practice. Since I am a female student aged between 14 and 21 years old, I need a trainer who can guide me in developing a healthy routine. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and am open to expert suggestions to get started. I live in Maduravoyal, Chennai, and I am comfortable with sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio for classes.
