I am looking for a professional and patient yoga instructor to conduct sessions for a young male student aged between 5 and 13 years old. My primary goal for these classes is to improve immunity, build better flexibility, and achieve increased energy levels through regular practice. Since I am not sure about the specific yoga style to follow, I would appreciate a trainer who can assess his needs and design a suitable curriculum for his age group. The classes will be conducted at my home in Karayanchavadi, Chennai. I plan to start yoga classes within a month and am looking for someone who is great with children and can keep him engaged.
