I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to help me with my fitness journey. I specifically want to practice Ashtanga Yoga to improve my general fitness. Since I am a male in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for a trainer who can understand my physical requirements and guide me effectively. Regarding the preferred location, I am open to either having the instructor visit my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio in Kolathur, Chennai. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and would appreciate a structured approach to my practice.
