I am actively seeking a skilled and patient Yoga teacher to help me with stress relief sessions. I am a female student aged between 14 to 21 years old and I am looking for someone to guide me through effective practices to improve my mental well-being. Since I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I would appreciate a trainer who can assess my needs and suggest the best approach for me. I am located in Choolaimedu, Chennai and I am comfortable with my home as the preferred location, or I am also willing to travel to your studio if that is more convenient.
