Developing a strong foundation in physical and mental well-being is my current priority as I explore yoga options in the Pudupakkam, Chengalpattu area. As a female student between 22 and 50 years old, I am particularly interested in improving my overall flexibility and general fitness while also gaining a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy and the yoga sutras. Although my preferred yoga style is open for discussion, I am happy to travel to a nearby center or studio to attend these sessions. I am currently in the research phase and just want to look at various options before committing to a specific schedule.
