I am looking for a professional yoga instructor to help me achieve better flexibility and improve my general fitness. I am interested in exploring various styles, specifically Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, and Yoga Meditation to find what works best for my routine. As a male in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am currently based in Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar and am open to flexible arrangements, including online classes, sessions at my home, or traveling to your studio. I have not set a firm date to begin yet as I am still exploring my options and looking for the right guidance.
