I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor in Bhubaneswar to help me improve my overall health and wellness. As a 14 to 21 year old male student, I am interested in exploring both Yoga Meditation and Aerial Yoga styles. My goal is to find a teacher who can help me address body pains, work on weight loss, increase my energy levels, and improve my flexibility while also focusing on stress relief and immunity. I am also very keen to deepen my understanding of Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies. I am currently keeping my options open regarding when to start classes and am comfortable with online classes, home sessions, or traveling to a studio.
